An interactive session with Indo- German chamber of commerce was held at Hotel Gateway Grandeur, Guwahati on 21st Feb at 4 pm organised by Assam Chamber of commerce to explore and promote business ties between Germany and North East
Mr. Rainer Schmiedchen Consul general, of the Federal Republic of Germany and Mr. Jan Thorsten Kotschau, Regional director, Indo -German Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Rajesh Nath, MD, VDMA, represented along with Mr. Rupam Goswami, Chairman ACC.
It is noteworthy to mention that of late a similar Business meet, organised by ACC, was held at Guwahati with the Delegates from Tajikistan, Taiwan, Laos, Hongkong, Singapore and Hongkong whereby special emphasis and focus was given to Promote Business ties with Northeast India.
Towards an effort to promote Business with far-flung countries, a very fruitful first Business meet
“ Lao Northeast Business India Forum Meet “ got concluded in Guwahati, by ACC with Laos chamber of Commerce, represented by Ministers, Industrialist, Govt Official etc from Laos
Of late the Business Fraternity from Northeast have already started reaping the benefits of such meet with Trade happening with the said countries.
Rupam Goswami, Chairman ACC is hopeful and assured that this meet would definitely give enough impetus to initiate Trade ties between Germany and northeast and also intimated that ACC would continue their relentless effort to promote Northeast globally.
Delegates from Germany during this meet, in presence of businessman from every nook and corner of this state assured all possible cooperation to implement Trade opportunities between Germany and Northeast
